Famos F220 Rotating heat sealer

The F 220 series
The F 220 serie of Rotary Heat Sealers
of Famos combines the high tech control technology with reliability
and high availability. Within the F 220 serie there are three different
models available i.c. F 220D, F 220DEP and the F 220DBC which all
are equipped with sensors for monitoring the temperature, force
and feeding speed during sealing
of the packaging materials. Those features are determining the quality
of sealing.
The F 220 is completely controlled and
operated through
a menu in a selectable language by means of the built-in LCD-display
and alphanumeric keyboard. All the F 220 models have a built-in
printer which prints on the packaging material during sealing. Dependable
of the model packing date, expiry date, additional codes, texts
and barcodes can be printed.
The F 220 DBC can be integrated into an existing
logistic management system by its communication ports for PC, barcode
reader and external printer. Client specific requirements for those
external equipment can be adapted.
The software for the generation of barcodes however is standard
software which should be available to be able to print barcodes
with the sealing equipment. This software will not be supplied by
Famos.
The heat sealers of the F 220 series
of Famos have been TÜV tested and conforms to the EU norms
and machine guidelines. Famos gives a one year manufacturer's
guarantee on all its products.
